Jenny Fitzgerald is the founder of Heart Connections.
My aim in starting Heart Connections was to bring the healing that I had experienced to as many people as possible. Finding my own heart connection took me many years. It was the single most important discovery I have made in my life. The joy that I experience ever
y day is a far cry from the anxious life I used to live. I developed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder at the age of 27 which devastated not only myself but my family. I had two young children and luckily a husband who took his marriage vows very seriously. We all got through this debilitating illness with a much more real view of the world.
When I finally connected with my heart all of the fear that had been underpinning my life cleared and I now live my life in peace and harmony. I am clear about what I am on this earth to do and open to the possibilities that are available in any given moment. I realized that I had never known what love really was until I connected to my inner heart. Previously I had only experienced co-dependent, dysfunctional love but never had I known real love. The kind that is limitless and all encompassing, where I know that I am connected to everything. We are all one and the same.
